How AI Candidate Sourcing Works

Modern recruiting is a race for qualified talent. TalentRadar AI is an AI candidate sourcing tool that turns a job description into a ranked shortlist of professionals, using semantic skill matching across public profiles from around the world.

1. Extracting the real requirements

The platform first reads your job description and extracts the target job title, the required and preferred skills, certifications, experience level and industry domain. Keeping the description focused on core requirements, hard skills and soft skills produces the most accurate shortlist.

2. Semantic skill matching

Rather than counting keywords, semantic skill matching normalizes synonyms and related terms into a single capability. A candidate who lists "Go" is matched to "Golang", and "React.js" is matched to frontend UI development. Each skill is labeled as an exact or equivalent match so recruiters can see exactly why a person was surfaced.

3. Global, source-aware search

Searches can span the entire world or be limited to a single country. You can also choose which public sources to include, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Reddit, Glassdoor, Scribd and trade forums. Job ads and vacancy listings are filtered out so only individual people appear in your results.

4. Scoring, availability and export

Each candidate receives a match score from 0 to 100 based on seniority, domain overlap, recent relevant experience and skill coverage. An optional availability indicator estimates whether someone may be open to new roles using public evidence only. When your shortlist is ready, select candidates and export them to a professional PDF report for hiring managers and clients.

Because all information comes from publicly visible sources, recruiters should always verify details before outreach. TalentRadar AI is designed to accelerate sourcing, not replace human judgment.
